We spent last weekend at the Grampian and we were given room 21 which was bright and a good size, lovely white fresh bed linen, lovely big bathroom with shower which provided loads of hot water and white bath sheets. The room overlooked the main road but there was no problem with noise. Found owners and staff very friendly and...

Had dinner on 21st Sept 2014. The dinner was great and the atmosphere is awesome. They have truly followed their tagline 'traditional Scottish hospitality'. Thank you to the host and owners for the great time.

Clare, Duncan and their staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok. The restaurant was dark and dismal so we didn't eat there in the evening. Decorations were shabby, peeling wallpaper etc. ,and our bathroom was grubby. Overall I would rate this hotel as basic and I wouldn't stay there again.

I found this place 4 or 5 years ago and now wouldn't stay anywhere else on my regular trips to Perth. The location is excellent - town centre but not right in the centre, so it's relatively quiet but just a short couple of minutes walk to restaurants, shops etc. Good free parking right outside. The staff are always welcoming...

Due to a computer cock up in a booking (probably my fault) we turned up at another hotel at 10.20pm to find they didn't have our booking and they were full. However they kindly telephoned around and found us the Grampian - at £120. We had little choice, but the owner met us at the door and we headed to...

First visit here, friendly welcome, Duncan, Clare and all staff all very friendly throughout our stay. Room at the front looking onto road, but no proplem noise wise. Clean spacious room, tv, tea coffee facilities, clean bathroom, small shower, but serves the purpose, excellent breakfast, higly recommend it, will be back next year :)

A bit late in the day but better late than never. Nearly a year ago we had our family reunion here. Can't fault the Grampian. We had 28 Canadians and just as many Scots. It was a perfect day made all the better by the help and courtesy of the fabulous staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We had fun,...

We stayed at the Grampian Hotel for two nights , the staff were very helpful and really welcomed us . The food was delicious I can highly recommend the Haggis stuffed mushrooms in batter, and breakfast set us up for the drive home. The room had every thing needed and was clean and fresh. Duncan and Clare chatted away and...

Myself, wife and 3 children had a fantastic time here in the family room last week and it was a perfect holiday. The staff and owner were very helpful and we got a reasonable price. Big thanks to Laura who went out of her way to get us a few items after shops were closed. If we return to Scotland...

I have never felt so welcome in a hotel before. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ensuring you are ok and if there is anything more they can do to help. Food is amazing. 10/10 for the chef. A varied menu to choose from there is sure to be an option for everyone. Rooms are just what you...
