Hotel is spotlessly clean with all covid procedures in place, all without having a negative feel on our stay. Our granddaughter was delighted with her separate 'wing' in our family room. Breakfast was faultless as was out lovey dinner on our first night.

Stayed at the Acarscaid and can I say what a lovely welcoming warm hotel. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to assist. Our room was spotless Room 8. The breakfast was so good. Excellent quality of food. During these times with COVID still on the go the hotel takes all necessary precautions. We felt very safe. My only small gripe was the WiFi just would not connect in room 8. We didn't seek assistance as it was nice to not be on our phones all the time. I'm sure if I'd asked it would of been resolved. Many thanks for such a lovely stay. The Kennaways

Pleasant room in hotel with lovely little lounge areas with fires on which made it feel cosy and welcoming. The rooms are nothing over the top but are nice as was the bathroom. All very clean and excellent covid measures in place. Had drink outside which was very pleasant. The highlight was the evening meal in the restaurant. Could not have been better and veggie choices also delicious. Cheesecake amazing. Friendly welcoming staff. My only small criticism was that the pillows were a bit thin . Would definitely recommend a stay here

We are regular visitors to Pitlochry, but only discovered the Acarsaid recently. I booked through Diane who could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a large comfortable double bed. The food here is excellent. The Covid arrangements have obviously been well thought through, and ensure that guests and staff are well protected. The staff here are all very pleasant and helpful. The Acarsaid is certainly a find for us.

A very very nice hotel ,nothing to look at outside but once inside it is truly very tastefully decorated ,the staff were very friendly & helpful nothing was too much trouble for them , booking in due to Covid 19 was very easy , the room which was on the upper floor was very spacious & clean , the bed was very comfortable as well , the view overlooking the hills were amazing as welll, the only complaint was the TV wasnt that good ,the signal wasnt strong enough & we were limited to 2 channels only. We booked into the restaraunt at night & were amazed & delighted by the ambience & the decor of the room ,again very tastefully decorated , music in the background was limited to 1 speaker so we could hold a conversation withouth having to shout at each other, food was very good & reasonably priced as well . Overall we would highly recommed the Arcasaid if yiou are staying in Pitlochry
