We spent 2 nights at this wonderful guest house. Jan was extremely welcoming, helpful and hard working. Beaches is a credit to her, it is immaculate and the food is excellent. The location is brilliant, a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. We will definitely go back and recommend to all...

My friend and I were down for the football on Saturday, and had only booked the one night. So wish we'd stayed longer. Great seafront location on a quiet street. The room the best spec I've ever seen in a guest house, and the owner Jan delightful. Will definitely be back.

Room 5. Breakfast was first class. My sister stayed in the room 3 overlooking the garden again and was again, equally impressed. Jan is a...

The smell of homemade shortbread and lovely clean washing was lovely!! Absolutely spotless...
