Nicely located just across the road from the train station, which was perfect considering as to how we arrived by train. ;) Instantly made to feel comfortable by Charlie and Hazel. Lovely comfortable clean rooms with cosy beds. Tasty and varied breakfast menu. Overall a lovely place to stay. Thanks for having us, hope to see you again.

We were only able to stay one night, but it was great! Accommodation was spacious, bed very comfortable, food excellent, hospitality and local knowledge immensely helpful. If we visit Ayr again we know where we'll be staying!

Thanks for the review. Indeed it was "short and sweet", perhaps you will be able to stay longer some other time. I hope your conference was worth while and you managed to find a suitable parking spot!

Excellent as always - have been going for nearly 18 years and now Hazel and Charlie are good friends. Would recommend this to anyone as so clean, comfortable and friendly. It is situated close to the railway station and town as well and again not far from the coastline.

One of the best guest houses I have visited. Good choice of breakfast. very comfortable rooms kept to a very high standard. The location is also very handy for the town and rail station. It makes a good base for anyone wanting to explore this side of Scotland.
