Absolutely beautiful hotel. The setting, gardens and rooms especially rm 2 are perfect in every way. The staff are amazing, friendly, attentive charming and hard working. The breakfast and lunches we had were fabulous and presentation and taste was faultless. Well done everyone at The Ellisland! We will be back time and time again I am sure !

I've stayed here several times. This is a lovely little hotel which only has seven rooms. Style is traditional and rooms are spacious with good bathrooms. The restaurant is excellent and also offers a very good breakfast service. It is within walking distance of Ayr centre and is convenient for the race course.

The bathrooms have been renovated and this made for a very lovely room. The restaurant is wonderful and has a great menu, and the breakfasts really were a treat - especially the...

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of night because we were attending the nearby wedding. Literally one of the best places. We somehow got what can only be described as a presidential suite! It was bigger than my first student apartment. I was 7 months pregnant at the time and the staff were really lovely helping me and...

Beautiful hotel. We were in room 2 which is absolutely stunning, so much space it's amazing. Our friends were in room 6 which is smaller but still beautifully furnished and well appointed. The staff were lovely and very attentive. We had dinner in the restaurant which was great. We definitely will be back.
