I was greeted with a smile and had my case carried up to my room. I was able to park right outside and was given a special parking permit. The room was fantastic with everything I could possibly want and clean and modern. The bed was big and comfortable and I slept like a log. One of the nicest guest...

We had a great stay, great location and an awesome breakfast, nice welcome from the lovely owners, will definitely stay again soon! Would recommend to everyone, hopefully get back there soon for another little break!

Stayed here for 1 night. The owners couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We had the garden room which was spotless and well equipped with a fridge, microwave & tea/coffee facilities. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach or the town centre. The only thing that let it down was breakfast was served a bit early,...

Lovely place to stay. We were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast choice was amazing. and there was plenty to eat. The place was spotless and everything you could possibilly need was on hand. It is also very close to the center of Ayr which is a lovely interesting tow and the sea front which is breathtakingly beautiful.
