We stayed here for 2 nights and it did what we needed, room was nice and comfortable enough with a good view over the golf course. Breakfast was served till 10am, there was the usual help yourself to toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juices, tea and coffee and a cooked breakfast to order. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. We arrived by train...

Not for the first time, we decided to stop at the Old Course for our yearly racing trip. We have stopped here many times before but it has now changed location a couple of doors up to the building that was the North Beach Hotel. I have to say that all of my group members were pleased at the way...

Arrived fairly late in the evening and found the room very cold. It felt like we were the only guests and the heating hadn't been turned on in advance to warm the place up. As soon as we mentioned this to the staff the next morning every effort was made to sort it out so top marks for that. The...

We booked a triple room in this hotel as we had an early flight from Prestwick Airport the next morning. We arrived early and were greeted by a lovely lady who made us most welcome. We were actually given a choice of rooms and the one we chose had two single and one double bed. The room was clean and...

We were travelling from Ireland to Aberdeen and decided to stop off in Prestwick for the night to break up the journey. We booked 2 rooms as there were 3 adults and 4 kids, the family room was really spacious and quite pleasant to stay in and excellent value for money, the other room was ok and did the job....

When I look at the other reviews I wonder if we were at the same hotel. Firstly many reviewers talked about the bar but that was not open so we didn't experience that and we never went for breakfast as it's only till 10am on a Sunday , so this review is limited to the room which for me is...

Met by helpful, friendly staff and shown to room. We stayed in a front facing, large room with a lovely sea view. Comfortable double bed. Large bathroom, only negative being a plastic shower curtain and slightly dirty door.. Comfortable and cosy bar. Good cooked breakfast. Excellent location.

The pleasant ambiance in the lounge/bar (19th hole) sets the tone for this hotel. It is old style yet comfortable and with abundant room to relax in after a day of golf or touring or if one is confirmed to quarters by the weather. The quiet friendliness of the staff makes guests feel welcome and at ease, but their lack...

Stayed recently with 13 friends for a golf trip. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful. The couple running the hotel for the owners were very pleasant and helpful. Situated overlooking the beautiful Prestwick Links and a 5 minute walk into the town which has some top bars. Ideal for any golf trip.
