We returned to the Parkstone hotel on the 28th January and stayed in room 14 sea view room which was recommended and we loved it , I had a great nights sleep and would really like to book again . But a problem about booking room 14 in advance and the hotel cannot guarantee that we would be able to...

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am delighted to hear you enjoyed your experience at the Parkstone and particularly Room 14, which is close to being our most popular room. As you highlight, whilst we do take note of guest preferences, we cannot guarantee room specific room numbers at reservation for a number of reasons...

Went here on a 2 day B&B break with a Itison deal....The hotel was easy to find,in a good location, near enough to the main street, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. The reception staff were very friendly & welcoming,& we had a nice presented room on the top floor with a cracking big queen sized bed.We used the...

We went here for an overnight stay using an itison voucher. We were told only room available was a small double...small being the operative word ! But only choice if we wanted to use the voucher. The room was tiny..bed against the wall...one bedside table...one chair and one single wardrobe...have to say it was clean enough but far too small...

Thank you for review. Visited with my husband with the dinner bed and breakfast voucher. Staff were brilliant. Room was great - very comfy bed and a sea view (room 22). Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. I found the hotel very charming, it has personality. I think its because as mentioned in a previous review, its not a chain hotel. Great stay and...

My wife booked a two night deal for a mid week break. This hotel is a perfect example of how independent hotels should be! Very nice entrance (including a pleasant fresh fragrance), very friendly welcome/check in, and everything explained perfectly. We had room 14 with an excellent view over the sea & sea front. A large room with spacious (&...
