the house has a nice double fronted aspect which houses two dining rooms. the kitchen is on the left immediately after the dining room. the dining rooms were very plain but functional, so I was mentally redecorating it in my head whilst eating breakfast...the rooms are all located in the one storey extension to the rear in an L shape....

This B&B is basic with good location and with breakfast included. Friendly staff and it was a good base for the wedding I came for. Walking distance to Aberfoyle and about 34 mins drive to Stirling and 1 hour to Glasgow. Recommend if you on a budget and want a local base but not if you after something more luxurious.

We stayed one night whilst walking the Rob Roy Way. The B&B had a good sized bedroom and bathroom overlooking the garden at the back of the property. Wifi was available in the lounge. This didn't compare with the best of our accommodations on route booked through Macs Adventures but was ok for a one night stay.

You would not really know that the guest house had been flooded at the end of 2015. We found the host to be helpful, attentive and seems to be doing a good job. The breakfast was well cooked the room was warm and clean as was the ensuite but the bed seemed to be the older steel frame with wire...

I wasn't sure what to expect, given some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! I was staying overnight as I was attending a wedding near Loch Ard. I arrived at 10.30am and was just going to ask if I could leave my bag with the staff to put into the room when available (as I was going to be...

We did both Ways, so we stayed there twice. The nicest part was the staff - Stuart and Melena. We were warmly welcomed on our first stay, even though we had walked in pouring rain all day and were soaked and muddy. On our second arrival we were greeted with hugs. On our second departure Stuart said that if we...

This was not good....arrived no heating or running hot water....only hot in shower. Given fan heater which choked us so early departure in morning as warmer outside than in. Must do better folks. Breakfast good but overall poor.
