Lovely food... I mean amazing food, friendly staff and definitely worth visiting on your trip to the island! Bar is full of hidden treasures and Bernie is a wealth of knowledge. Fresh seafood and homemade puddings are unbelievable!

We ended up stranded in the area after some weekend car trouble. Called to see if we could spend a night. They had a room available, we had no idea how lucky we had just gotten! The service at this little place is exquisite, and the amazing staff really make this place worth a look. Anything we asked for was...

Went for my Dinner after hearing it was a good place. But what a disappointment the main course was [£9.90]. I ordered the Beef Lasagne and when it came after a 20 minute wait it looked good but it was a bit dry and the white sauce did not look good. It looked like it had been frozen then cooked...

The Loch Erisort Inn is a little shabby outside but is a very welcome sight after the bleakness of the Lewis countryside. Inside, the public areas are very old fashioned but oozing with character. When we arrived we bumped into Alison who who was very busy but took the time to show us to our room. Our room a good...

Stopped here for lunch during a visit to Lewis The lunch was massive and we were embarrassed sending some back. We are going to return in 17 and hopefully stay there for 5 days. Great place. The host and his wife were very friendly and the staff very attentive. Only a lunch stop but enough to make us return as...

Called in for lunch while exploring the Western Isles. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere despite the look of the place. It has a quirky and dated decor but the quality of service and food outweighs this massively! Amazing locally sourced freshly prepared food for brilliant prices! The proprietor could point to the picture of the fisherman on the wall to show...

The two of us stayed with Geraldine and Bernard for four nights while we toured around Lewis and Harris. It is a great location very central allowing a good tour of different parts of the island each day during our short stay. The food was excellent with a good choice and the staff friendly and helpful. Quite a good choice...

Geraldine and Bernard are the friendliest innkeepers I've ever met. The lodge is not fancy, but is clean and well-kept, and the breakfasts were excellent. The bar is quaint and full of local color (and some lovely local characters). The location is convenient to exploring Lewis, being only a short way off the central road and roughly equidistant to Stornaway...

Very friendly owner. We had homemade soup and there was a choice of three. We also had sandwiches. The owner has lived here for a while and was eager to tell us about the area. A couple of cyclists came in and he was really helpful to them even going to find the weather forecast for the next few days....

We stayed at the Inn for three nights. Our room was spotlessly clean. We ate at the Inn every night and enjoyed very good food in the bar next to an open fire. There was always fresh seafood available and we enjoyed Langoustines and Lobster caught the same day. The staff and locals were all very friendly. The breakfast menu...
