We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We would certainly recommend it. The food was excellent, Staff were very friendly The only complaint we had were the showers. They had no pressure. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Very service minded and friendly staff. Rooms were old but clean and with a cosy feeling. We loved to stay here. Only negative thing was the showers. Took me forever to wash my hair, hardly any water coming out. But the staff was so helpful and friendly trying to fix it. We knew beforehand there was a nightclub in the...

This was a last minute booking on a Friday night however we knew of the hotel and were not worried about our stay prior to arrival. While my friends and I were en route to Ennis after making the booking earlier that day we called ahead to enquire about parking, the receptionist who answered (different to the pleasant girl who...

Was there this weekend. Had a great time. Room was very nice, exceeded expectations. Went for food in cruises bar. Angus steak was spot on, big portions. Had the goats cheese and black pudding salad. Loved it. Nightclub attached, didn't get the chance to review but was aware when booking that it could be noisy, but didn't disrupt any sleep....

Unfortunately, the Queens Hotel is ranked as the worst hotel we have collectively ever stayed at. This said, we travel both nationally and internationally for leisure and business dozens of times annually; to denote this was our worst experience ever is a bold statement, but an objective one at that. We originally booked the hotel as it is not too...

Just after having a family birthday meal here and I cannot recommend the place highly enough. Our waitress Joelle went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, she provided exemplary service. Compliments to chef Fergus O' Sullivan, seriously one of the nicest meals I've ever had, fresh and cooked to order. Would recommend the place to...

We arrived in Ennis looking for a stop over on our way to Dingle after our chauffeur had had enough driving for the day and wouldn't stop gurning about the fact that we had not shut up about finding the cure since morning. We parked up in the car parking area across the way and made a beeline for what...

Myself and my partner went to the Queens to get breakfast while passing through Ennis this morning. I was appalled by the service we received. We sat down and noticed three waitresses up by the bar and a waiter working behind the bar. After 5 minutes we went to the bar to get menus. Nobody approached us. I then noticed...

This is the perfect hotel in terms of location, walking distance to everything. No parking nearby so we had a bit of a walk to get there. Rooms a little outdated and no light in the bedroom ceiling, but it was all we needed. We were given an extension to our check out time which was very much appreciated. Nice...
