The hotel was in a great spot for our hen night in Ennis. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant, service was quick. The cocktail class was very enjoyable after the meal. Staff at reception and in the restaurant/bar were very nice and helpful.

The hotel was very central and surrounded by good pubs. There was 31 of us so it was perfect. The room was nice, bright and clean. The decor was a bit outdated but we didn't mind. The receptionist was very helpful and we weren't rushed to check out at 12, we left our keys back at 1 and that was...

Our flight into Shannon got in well after 10 p.m. After a day of traveling to and being herded through the Beauvais airport , we were exhausted and relieved to finally be in Ireland. We got our rental car and headed toward Ennis. By the time we got a little lost and finally got to the Queens, we were sure...

We ate dinner in the Pub and the food was delicious! Teresa was our waitress and she made our stay fun and enjoyable. Her sense of humor and her advice on things around Ennis was superb. After paying €10 each to get in (cash as they would not accept card even though it is a hotel as well) we went to put our coats in - Saturday night and only 1 person taking coats and no one manning the queue. After 17...

Stayed in two different rooms here, both on nights when the nightclub was on, and both were equally dreadful—the bathroom counter in one looked like someone had been doing science experiments on it, it was so discolored. The staff was as nice as could be, but they're at a huge disadvantage given that the music from the nightclub can be...
