You cannot get better in Cork City, its perfect every time. The friendly welcome and the help you get from the owner and all the staff is Great. I wish every establishment was as good and as clean + the breakfast is substantial and a good wide choice

The owners were very helpful and friendly. Included in the price is a great hot breakfast at their own restaurant on site, the food was awesome. The location was perfect close to pubs, and shopping and restaurants. Rooms were nice and clean! Only down fault is no elevators.

I booked last minute reservations here when my husband was hospitalized at nearby Mercy hospital. Our host was quite warm and helpful with the situation. The central location was perfect for sight seeing and the cafe (run by the same host) served excellent meals, including the free breakfast. Our room was smallish (perhaps because I booked last minute) but everything...

We, myself and my petit son, really enjoyed our stay. The place is very central and the room was very clean. The hosts are very friendly and it was nice to talk to them. They helped to make our stay as relaxed as possible.

Anam Cara was everything you could want from a B&B! The room was large, clean, and comfortable, the café attached was incredible, I can't speak highly enough of the food especially the breakfast! And every one was really friendly and helpful. I loved my stay here and didn't want to leave! Will definitely visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The b&b is well located just a short walk from the centre of the city and right across the street from the River Lee Hotel if you want somewhere to go for an evening drink. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and large portions. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. We would...

This BnB is just a short walk from downtown. Hosts were friendly and room was clean and modern looking. The guest room near the entrance could use a little upkeep - shabby couches. Breakfast would have been better if, like many other BnBs they offered a self service cereal bar with fruit. My biggest beef about this place is that...

Very comfortable. Very pleasant staff and very nice cafe that is attached where we had our breakfast. Good location too, about a 15 minute walk into the city centre and bus stop right outside the door. Also directly across from the university.

The owner was very welcoming, even with a late arrival after a wedding rehearsal dinner. He was kind, patient, and gave good recommendations for some live music and a pint that night. The breakfast the next morning was hearty, and our stay overall was brief and enjoyable!

“Room 10 - very quiet double room at the back of the house, will definitely be asking for it again!”

“I had room 6 - ground floor to the front - not a problem for me as I'm used to the student nightlife sounds of Cork but if not be prepared for a certain amount of noise - keep windows closed. There is a boiler or pump beside the room on a cycle of some sort so difficult to get to sleep although didn't disturb once I feel asleep. The room could do with painting and I could actully slip my stockinged fool all the way under the door there is so much of a gap. There is no bin in the bathroom only the room itself - fine for me as I was travelling on my own but not really hygenic for more than one.”
