I went here with my boyfriend due to going to the marquee to see the coronas. The staff were so friendly and gave us great advice about cork which really helped. The rooms are great and there food was fantastic. A great Irish breakfast before a long journey back home.

We booked here in a pinch when we had to leave a hotel down the street. I called form the other hotel and the gentleman (must have been Finbar based on other reviews) said he had a room when I told him our circumstance, and I told him we'd be there in a few minutes. He didn't even ask for...

Stayed here in a party of six for the music weekend. Finbar and Marian were great hosts - fun and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfasts were generous and tasty - we all resolved to go on a diet when we left. Rooms clean and comfortable and great views over the city from the front. Walkable from all...

Marion and Finbarr, and of course Rusty, made us feel at home from the very first minute. They were always ready to help with all sorts of questions or just to chat. The place was just a short walk away from, well yeah everything. We would definitely choose the same place to stay next time we are in Cork city....

Funniest B&B host in Ireland. Finbarr is a classic! We loved everything about the brief stay we had, even though it was pissing down rain in Cork. Great view over the city, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Finbarr was very accommodating, especially since we turned up without a booking. And Marion was kind enough to offer to drive...

I traveled here solo back in May 2013. I had an amazing time, Marion and Finbarr made me feel like family! The hike up to the B&B is a bit of a way but there's a bus that runs nearby and a taxi from the city centre is very inexpensive, I think it was about 7 euros. The breakfast was...

It was quite a hike uphill with a too large suitcase but once we arrived, all was well. The twin room and the entire establishment was full of lovely antiques. The room was quiet and the beds comfortable. The shower strong and hot. The breakfast, served in a charming dining room was excellent.

I spent a week at Parkview. The location is perfect, just 10 mins from bus and train stations. Marian and Finbar are so welcoming and friendly, I felt at home. The breakfast is delicious, I can't think of a better way to start your day. I highly recommend this B&B!

I was extremely fortunate to find this particular B&B, which is perfectly situated on a hill overlooking the city of Cork. The room I stayed in for two nights had a view that looked like a postcard. When traveling, I always feel a little bothered knowing I am spending most of my money while I am SLEEPING, but that is...
