great location for city centre shopping tri p. all the staff were so very friendly and helpful. our room was a little tired but clean. It was not like the website picture (website pics must be the refurbed rooms). But we had a lovely stay and the price was great value for the location. The Four Liars Bistro is a...

Whilst this hotel advertises itself as child friendly it most certainly is not. We booked a family room and were very disappointed. On arrival, my daughter was totally ignored, which is not what I expected from a "child friendly" hotel. Nothing mentioned about the childrens activities either and when I asked they said "there were none this evening". The decor...

The location of the hotel is nice, and some shops are in walking distance. The rooms and hallways are a bit dated, and the room we stayed in had a tiny shower. There's a touch screen device downstairs to see things to do in the area, which was pretty cool. They have limited parking, and the first night we had...

Booked my daughter and her friend here for the 2 Night City break. They loved it from the spacious rooms, comfy beds, good bathroom and lockout blinds. All feedback was the food at Stir restaurant was amazing and delicious buffet breakfast with wide selection. Only slight downside was the hotel didn't know anything about the pass to the Cork City...

I stayed here on business during November. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very good and clean and comfortable. Unfortunately this was as good as it got. The food experience in the bar was poor to say the very least. It took 45 minutes to produce a tasteless and soggy so called Crispy Beer Battered...

We come to Cork twice a year and always stay at the Maldron because of its friendly helpful staff, convenient location, and reasonable rates. We have already booked for our visits next year. The rooms are of a good size, beds are comfortable with TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast is served by way of a buffet...

This hotel is a perfect base for exploring Cork for a few days. My mom and I took a train from Dublin to Cork and had an easy time getting from the station to the hotel. Our room was very well appointed, clean and the beds were very comfortable. One of the nights we had a nice dinner at the...

This is my 2nd time in this hotel and to be honest if I am coming to Cork, I would not even look at anywhere else. Great location, very modern hotel with really friendly helpful staff. For breakfast we had a great selection of hot and cold foods. The bedroom was big, spacious, spotless and very comfy with a good...

First time staying in the Maldon Cork. The locations is excellent both for arriving at and for location in city. Across the bridge from the hotel is Cork opera house and leads on to major department stores. We went into the stir restaurant for evening meal but changed to the bar as no atmosphere there and one other table occupied...

I don't normally write poor reviews but I feel that the hotel room's lack the same glamour as the reception and bar area. Myself and my hubby arrived to the hotel at lunch time and very lucky for us as we got the last parking space, although the website says it's limited parking I do think for a hotel with...
