Weekend away with family and friends. Hotel has recently been refurbished. Rooms were lovely. Bar area good. Great selection for breakfast. Just a short walk to centre. All staff were friendly and helpful especially Lisa at reception who sorted out transport to Blarney Castle for 10 of us. Only downside long wait for food on the sunday as they didn't...

We stayed there after our wedding. The room was very nice and clean. A member of staff overheard that we were getting married and the left a bottle of wine with a thoughtful note. Breakfast was hearty. Would stay again. Great location, not so excellent parking.

Traveled Ireland for 8 days and this was the most comfortable bed we slept in the whole time!! Breakfast was included with the price we paid for the room and it was lovely. Cappuccino machine, scrambled eggs,...

Stayed here for work- the room was ok, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The reception I got when I first arrived was quiet cold. The receptionist kept talking to another colleague all through checking me, discussing working hours and when they are finished which I found very unprofessional. I had to ask about where food is...

We arrive late and left early, so did not eat here or use any facilities. Beds were very comfy, and we had a room overlooking graveyard at back and a lovely view of Shandon Bells. Was lovely and quiet, no traffic noise at all. Hotel is quite central. Only fault would be the carpark is very small. We had to...

First impressions on arrival was nice decor due to the recent refurbishment. Checked in very promptly. Our room was situated on the 1st floor. It was quite windy that...

Very satisfied- central - good food - staff very friendly. Problem with the TVs in bar for the rugby match. Leisure centre was quite good except the jacuzzi was cold the first day and warm the second. Breakfast was excellent
