Stayed here primarily for location & not disappointed. Very clean, good facilities & very close to the city centre. Have recommended to friends staying over the Easter weekend! Enjoyed a nice dinner and drinks which were reasonably priced. Would stay here again.

Last month I attended a dinner and several meetings at the hotel. The operations were excellent. I feel an investment in the hotel is now necessary.I must make a special mention of a manager, Vincent , who exceeded all our expectations and nothing was too much trouble for him. We need more people like him in the service industry.

Not much bad to say about this hotel except the food in the bar was very dry and the floor service was very slow. I at one stage heard one of the barmen asking a gentleman to go to bar himself as he did not do floor service - how rude!!!! The same barman tried to charge my husband a...

It was beautiful, clean & just minutes away from the city centre. This was my first hotel here in Ireland so I wasn't sure what was considered normal and had nothing else to compare with. I really didn't want to compare it to the U.S. since what is standard for us may not be standard fur them. I would've preferred...

I stayed at the Silver Springs Moran Hotel for three nights and found it to be very comfortable but the staff were amazing! Nothing was too difficult and they were always happy. It was definitely a case of 'service with a smile and an extra mile'. Thanks everyone!

I went to the Silversprings Moran Hotel as part of a group celebrating the UCC Clubs & Societies Ball. I was there once before in 2012, and that experience was enjoyable. However, this year I decided to rent a room as they were doing a special offer of 60 euro for UCC students. I contacted the hotel the day before...

We were well taken care of by the staff and everything was presented so beautifully. It was really well organised for the children aswell with the face...
