I stayed here recently and found the room to be perfectly clean, with a nice comfortable bed and decent shower. The owners are friendly and they do an ok breakfast. Not much else to say about this guest house but I would recommend staying here if you are in cork!

Stayed 2 nights with my partner for her daughters graduation. Situated close to Uni and city centre, so within walking distance of all cork has to offer. Room was OK, Bed and furnishing getting a little bit old. Strangely there was a plastic sheet under the bed! Breakfast was only just acceptable, not the huge, tasty fry up I was...

It's so disappointing to have to write these reviews...but it has to be done because I would want to read this as we rely on TA so much. We were disappointed in our decision to stay in this B&B. The staff is cordial, but not over accommodating or welcoming. As my husband said "It's like a Motel 6, but at...

I stayed two nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. My single room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Mick, the owner, was fantastic and full of Irish charm. The breakfasts were plentiful and filling and kept me going all day. I would highly recommend staying here. And Mick is an absolute classic!

Like most reviewers my experience was that the owners were helpful but the place itself is a bit tired and in need of a makeover. However, the price is reasonable for the location, and the place itself is kept clean with towels changed each day. It's handy for the park, river and cricket ground as well as not being far...

Poorly maintained B&B right on the main road in Cork. The proprietor was friendly enough, and the breakfast was good, but the rooms are SO small, with cheap furniture. Free working wifi though. I would say that if you are not going to spend anytime in the establishment other than to sleep, then the Redclyffe is probably a decent choice,...

Greeted by a ?polish lady who talked to us about not breaking the toilet as the guests on the previous night had done just that. Small rooms but basis enough for two peoPle. Breakfast was a delight and the owners were lovely. Appropriate value for money

This is a very good basic B&B. Clean towels, a comfortable and clean bed, and a very good breakfast. OK one of the bedrooms is quite small, and when I was booked into this particular room I was promised a larger room as soon as one became available. This was done without fuss. I have stayed here many times over...
