10 mins gentle stroll to city centre, quiet hotel comfortable beds plenty of hot water, towels and tea and coffee. This is a really good place to stay. We did not have breakfast there. Lots of places to eat within 5 mins walk.

Very good, I recommend the Irish breakfast and if you are luck in visit cork in a sunny summer day have your breakfast or have a drink in the evening sitting in the lovely terrace outside. Very relaxing, enjoying the atmosphere and the river.
