We arrived and were told that the rooms had no swipe cards and tge reception had to let us in using a key, then, in order to leave our room we had to be locked out of our room by reception and then upon return, be let back in by the ONE person on staff at recoetion. We saw other...

Called for lunch, my wife was very happy with her deep fried cod lunch. I on the other hand decided to get the hot beef baguette. In my opinion the amount of beef in the baguette was way too small. I can't remember getting such a small amount in a baguette anywhere before.

The Inn is staffed so well, especially Ashley at reception!. Bright bubbly greeting upon arriving, as we arrived a little early we had lunch there. Big servings for a fair price. Would definitely stay here again and hope to at some point.

Had a great time. Great service, fun to stay with the whole family. Just outside cork. Super if you're travelling through by car. Only 5 min drive from the city centre. We took the family room. Good for a night sleep, fair pricing. Kids especially liked the kindness of the breakfast team.

The Bus (215) stops just across the road from the hotel from Cork city centre (Onslow Gardens Junction). The room was clean and tidy; my wife slept very well even though we were next to the dual carriage way, from which there was hardly any noise. The breakfast was excellent and though my wife is a vegetarian she loved the...

This hotel is in the outskirts of Cork so unless you are travelling around by car do not go for it. Having said that, Cork is not a very nice city, so staying at this hotel as a base to visit the nearby attractions makes sense. The hotel is a bit worn down and looks as if it is in...

Many thanks for review Nadine. Whilst we are on the ourskirts of the City we are well served by public transport as other reviewers have attested to and we are €10 in a taxi from the City centre. As Cork people we are disappointed that you didn't enjoy what the City had to offer but we are happy that you...

Stayed 2 nights 2adults one child. Hotel and room very clean and also surprisingly spacious. The arrival was calm and friendly and room was ready quickly. Free wifi. The hotel is next to a major road and if you have windows open it is noisy. The breakfast was good and staffed by friendly competent staff. Could do with coffee and...

Very poor breakfasts at this hotel. Poor choice and undercooked. The Commons Breakfast was certainly an experience. Under cooked fried egg and a very boring breakfast. There is never enough croissants etc out and you have to ask for everything from surly staff or staff that get in 'a flap' about everything, even giving you a cup of coffee, which...

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review. It is disappointing that you seem to have had such a substandard experience. As you can see from numerous other reviews this is not the standard of service and food that most other guests experience. Nobody likes to lose business but in this case it seems that we are not...

We stayed here for 3 nights midweek. It was a fantastic experience from the moment we checked in. Diane at the front desk was so welcoming. The rooms are very spacious, we had 2 double beds in our room. The only thing is the shower could have done with a bit of maintenance. Breakfast each morning was very good and...

Front staff was very efficient and went out of there way to ensure that our stay was nice (they even held our luggage for a few hours). The bar on site is a great place with great staff and local people. Certain nights are bingo nights. Our breakfast was included and although service was slow, I do feel it is...
