As indicated in several other reviews, Auburn House B & B is characterized by the warmth of the hosts, Olive and Kieran and indeed their children Emma, Lauren and Shane! All are most welcoming, accommodating and informative. You can easily put away your guide book and depend upon any information/advice that Olive and Kieran might give you whether it's to...

This unassuming gem of a B & B is in a perfect location in Cork City, close to city center, shopping, the best restaurants and pubs, and tourist sites. As if that weren't 't enough, the moment you check in with the proprietors Olive and Kieran, you will feel like you have found your home and your family in southwest...

We stayed at Auburn house the last of November for two nights. It is everything you would want in a Bed and Breakfast. Kieran sat down and went over the map of Cork and made some great suggestion to eat and places to visit. Olive was wonderful and took the time to ask about us and make sure we had...

Stayed at Auburn House for the second year running and it's just as good as before. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. The room was en suite, good size, comfy bed, decent bathroom and all very clean, which is what you hope for. Breakfast is great, too. The location above McCurtain Street is terrific. A lovely independent coffee shop on the...

My family and I HIGHLY recommend staying here during your stay in Cork! Olive was the most wonderful host- we really felt like members of the family! From teatime upon our arrival to breakfast in the mornings, the food was delicious and hospitality was out of this world. The rooms are very tidy and the location of Auburn House is...

This was my first stay at a B&B and I would definitely stay at one again. We were there for two days which was a good amount of time. We were greeted by Olive when we first arrived at the B&B and she sat down with us and explained all that Cork had to offer. She gave us maps and...

This B&B is literally 2 mins walk from McCurtain St and perhaps 5-7 mins walk from downtown Cork. Rooms smallish but very nice and good value. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choices. Olive was more than helpful. Secure car parking available.

This guesthouse is top class! The beds are extremely comfortable and all the bedrooms appear to have been recently renovated. The bathroom facilities are beautiful. There are all the usual facilities, tea and coffee making, hairdryer etc but it is Olive who makes the place. She is such a wonderful host and really goes out of her way to help...

Very nice B&B, owners Olive and Kieran are very friendly and gave us plenty of great tips about Cork City and its county. Our bedroom was very comfortable and the breakfast very rich and excellent, it boosted our day. Strongly recommended for anyone planning a stay in Cork, the B&B is minutes away from city center (by walking) and is...

I can honestly say that Olive and Kieran are without doubt the best host's that we have stayed with from the minute we arrived to when we sadly left them(we felt like family!!) we had advice on tap if needed(shared a pot of tea with Olive on arrival and she pointed us in the right direction) we had an extremely...
