Our stay at Riversdale country house was by far the best B&B in Ireland for us , located in the country not far from a small town with a great restaurant. The farmhouse is wonderful and the hosts Sharon and Wilson couldn't be more helpful. You can wander around the farm if you please and the breakfast is delicious. Do... More

We stayed two nights at the end of July with Sharon and Wilson. It was a magical time for us. The house/home was warm and welcoming as were Sharon and Wilson. The breakfasts were sheer perfection. Anything you could wish for was provided and the full Irish breakfast was superb. The family room was great for the two of us... More

I have stayed in dozens of B and B's all over Ireland. Some run of the mill some very nice properties. I have never stayed in a home as warm and welcoming as this. It was superb from the home itself to the food and the wonderful warmth and friendliness. Make no mistake this is not a normal B and... More

Our last stop on our week in Ireland was at this beautiful B&B. Upon arrival, we were instantly treated like family, and were showed around the farm. Our room was spotless, with a HUGE and modern shower which felt great after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Being from Atlanta, we don't experience country... Just outside of town, very friendly people run the home. This was the best room I had in 10 days of Ireland. Not that the others were bad, but this was just great! Good breakfast, ride into town. Just a great experience. Don't hesitate to book a room here.

Very warming family, accommodating to everything. Plenty of animals on the land for kids to pet and play with. Nice size room for 2 adults and one 3 year old, own bathroom. Plenty of beaches near by. Only concern was the issue getting a place to eat locally as it does be busy weekends summer time but no flaws with... More

Saw reviews on web thought it looked beautiful. Very disappointed. Web had not been updated since 2010 so more expensive. Breakfast could have been better. Would not recommend. Lovely part of Donegal but would book in somewhere else

A beautiful family home where my husband , mum, dad & I were all made very welcome by Sharon & Wilson. We were shown to our rooms on arrival which were both beautifully furnished & very comfortable. Then Sharon made us all a pot of tea with fresh scones & jam. In the morning we came down to a lovely... More

The hosts and house were great. The rooms were clean and of a good size and the beds were comfortable and the breakfast outstanding. There is a beautiful river winding through the property and it is great for walks. The fields are populated by cows and sheep and near the river there are some picnic tables and a field with...
