On our first time to Ireland, we started our stay in The Cove Lodge. Perfect stay for 3 nights, and so much to see in the area. Good golf, perfect rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly service. We warmly recommend The Cove Lodge to you, if you are so fortunate to visit Ireland.

We stayed at The Cove Lodge on our 15 day tour of the Emerald Island. We were running very late the day that we were to check in so I let Joan know via email. She responded immediately to let us know it was no problem and not to worry.....that helped a lot and reduced our stress levels! When we...

We had a very pleasant stay at the Cove Lodge. The owners were away but their children run the B&B perfectly! We will definitely be back in this very warm B&B and suggest it to everybody who is looking for a place near the beautiful Donegal town. Thank you very much.

Had a wonderful stay, with a warm welcome from Joan our host, the rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Just out of town, so not too noisy, overlooking a tidal waterway teeming with wildlife "what could be better"

Our stay at the Cove Lodge B&B contributed greatly to County Donegal being our favorite part of our recent trip to Ireland. From the first moments of our arrival at the Cove Lodge, Liam, one of the owner provided excellent advice on places to go and how best to experience this beautiful corner of Ireland. He, his wife Joan, and...

A lovely house, with lovely views and beautiful bedrooms/en-suite. The owner's of this B&B were away during our one night stay, we were in Donegal for a wedding, but we were very well looked after by their oldest daughter who was very warm and friendly. I chose to have just a fry for breakfast which was lovely and clean in...

Lovely people with great advises and great music at breakfast. We were so sad that Donegal lost the finale ! Bedrooms are clean, so are the ensuite bathrooms. Good breakfast (irish and continental). Good location 5 minutes away from the center of Donegal by car.

We stayed at The Cove Lodge for 2 days at the end of August. Liam was very nice and recommended some places to visit while we were there (as well as restaurants). The room was nice, clean and quiet even though we sort of faced the road. Breakfast was fantastic. Thanks again to Liam and Joan for making our stay...

We loved the cove lodge. Liam the owner was extremely helpful in recommending places to see, including distances and the best route to take. Joan and her daughter served us a delicious breakfast, and were also very friendly and welcoming. We loved the little extras you don't usually get at a b&b, like herbal teas in the bedroom in addition...
