Stayed here on a Monday night. Reception staff are excellent when they engage you, unfortunately the guest is never a priority phones book work or conversations with friends take precedent. Tried the dining room and short of been told to ..... off it was abundantly clear we were not welcome at 8.20pm. We then tried the bar for food and...

Centrally situated in the heart of picturesque Donegal, this hotel certainly ticks all the right boxes. This is definitely one of the friendliest establishments that my wife and I have ever stayed in. The public areas are attractive and extremely cosy and the staff certainly make you feel welcome, quite often engaging in chat with the visitors. As mentioned earlier...

A nice pleasant hotel in the centre of Donegal Town so it's aptly named. Staff very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and the food was great. Although this visit was for business I would definately go back again for leisure.

While it is not your typical conference hotel (it retains a lot of Donegal old world charm!) it works very well for us and this is the 5th or 6th time we've used it. Staff were very helpful for the entire conference and even the smallest...

We arrived on sat 15th October had booked 4 rooms through booking.com and was quoted £138 which was €160.00. When we got to hotel we were charged £152 when i asked about this as I had booked the room for my friends i was told it was the exchange rate. I believe when quoted a price that's what you pay....
