OK, I booked my room at the time when Garth Brooks gigs in Dublin were not cancelled, but I didn't book _for_ Garth concert - we were finishing our Ireland tour and needed a couple of nights in Dublin. Rates were sky-high and I didn't shop around for alternatives _after_ the Garth Brooks cancellation. My bad - but if I'd...

Stayed here as we were having a night out in Dublin, taxi was €10 which wasn't too bad. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Had booked a suite and it was lovely and spacious and the bed was huge. My only gripe really was that I had asked the hotel to have a Bottle of white wine in the...

This is the first time that I have stayed in Dublin and I can say that when I return I will be booking this Hotel again. The location isn't right in the center of the city but is only 9 euros in a taxi to the center. Even if you had to pay for 2 taxi's per day it still...

Just got home from 3 nights at Clyde Court. Location is ok (15-20min walk from Stephens Green) neighbourhood feels safe and there is a taxi rank outside - it's about €7-10 into town. Room was clean and comfortable and there are some nice touches like chocolates and fruit in the room. Décor is a bit dated and breakfast wasn't great,...

The people here are very, very accommodating. The room was nice & clean. Distance to city center is not walkable...We stayed one night & had to pay for cabs to and from Temple Bar and also to Guinness Storehouse. It was a fine experience, but would choose something closer to the action next trip.
