Ken and Sandra were very friendly and helpful. Our room was tidy and the breakfast was very good. I can really recommend this place. There are shops, pubs and sights in the close proximity. After a walk of about 25 minutes, we were in the heart of Dublin. Sometimes, we went by bus. So, we arrived there ten minutes later.

Sandra and Ken Very friendly . Rooms clean busy road. Good for city centre and on main bus route Great Irish breakfast to set you up for the day. The room was equipped with typical overnight stay necessities.

We booked 2 double rooms in the Botanic Villa for 2 nights, having found it on a website (I can't remember which one). We were met by both Sandra & Ken who couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly & helpful. We arrived earlier than we were expected but this wasn't a problem. Sandra & Ken then informed us of bus...

Meet the innkeeper, Sandra, who keeps up cozy conversation over a full Irish breakfast! The room was quaint for a couple, equipped with typical overnight stay necessities. We received Irish flags as a parting gift, would recommend!

Let's get it straight, this is not a luxury hotel, but it doesn't claim to be. There's a warm welcome from Sandra & Ken and a clean, comfortable room. The area is well served with pubs & restaurants and convenient for both city centre & airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely fell in love with this b&b. Sandra & Ken and everyone here go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your trip. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and cozy, and it is not far from town centre. We were sad to leave but hope to visit again!

Hot hearty Irish breakfast prepared by Sandra and her husband. Very nice people. Transportation to/from airport cost 22-25 euros. To city center is easy. Walk about 30 minutes, bus...
