We stayed 3 nights at the Parkway. Near the city center, clean and very kind owner. No breakfast but coffee machine in the room and something to drink and eat at the reception. Living room to Watch TV or relax at the groundfloor. We warmly suggest this guest House to visit Dublin. Price acceptable in comparison to other solutions.Dublin Is a very expensive Town!

We stayed at the Parkway Guesthouse in Dublin for a few days and we really plan to stay there again on our next trip to Dublin. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes walk from O'Connell Bridge, Temple Bar, and Trinity College. The typical architecture of the house charmed us. The room was a good size, comfortable, warm, and above all clean! (The quality/price ratio is very positive in this accommodation) But beyond everything, Seamus and his team have really made a difference with his excellent and warm attention! They were flexible and understanding with the check-in and check-out times, they gave us very good information about the city, and Seamus in particular has been a very pleasant host! In short, if you can stay here, don't hesitate and do it.

The guesthouse is few min walking to the center of Dublin. There's even the bus stop to the center at 5 min walking from there. Seamus, is the perfect host everyone dreams to meet: I think he' s one of the sweetest person I've ever met. He let us use his tablet to book Coldplay tickets for the concert. He's been patient and he gave us many advices of where to go and where to eat. His advices were the best. He suggested us the cheapest way to get to the airport,by taking a bus near to the guesthouse. He treated us like daughters. Our day in Dublin wouldn't have be the same without him asking a good day in the morning as we went by the stairs of his guesthouse. Plus the rooms are very clean, and the bed is soft. I slept well. Everyday cleaning in the room and new bottles of water everyday. I now know where to stay on my next holiday in Dublin. And Seamus,if you're reading this I want you to know you're te best person we met in Ireland and me & my friend Fiorella wish you all the best for you, your family and your guesthouse. We'll never forget your kindness. Your italian guests Fiorella and Rossella. Lots of love

We had a wonderful stay in this excellent guesthouse in a quiet part of Dublin City centre, just a short stroll to the bustle of O’Connell St. Seamus was really friendly and helpful giving top tips on where to go and how to ge there! The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable and there was daily replenishment of tea, coffee, milk and water. Breakfast was lovely too. We couldn’t recommend it more highly. Thanks Seamus!

Very good place. Quite location, clean and comfortable bed. Good location, you can walk from there to many Dublin main attractions. Host Mr. Seamus was very gentle and polite. There are two nice cafes just across the guesthouse, where you can have good breakfast and coffee. I will definitely stay again if I have chance.

Had a fabulous weekend staying at Parkway Guesthouse. Seamus went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His knowledge, experience and recommendations were spot on and very much appreciated. The accommodation was very clean and the breakfast was great and set us up nicely for each day. Thanks for a great stay Seamus.

A great hotel. Quiet at night. Comfy, clean bed. Close to hospitals, restaurants, shops and the Memorial Garden. Clean room, manager Seamus and his staff Monica and Diego extremelywelcoming and helpful. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Breakfast prepared if you wish. Shower took a while to heat up but once hot water through, a great shower with modern tap to regulate your required temperature. I had a double room with neat little ensuite. Reasonable tariff Highly recommend this guesthouse if you are looking for somewhere in Dublin.

I stayed in this guesthouse in October of this year. The room was a good size and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The full Irish breakfast was absolutely delicious. And you could not ask for a better location, it is so close to the heart of the city.

Seamus and his staff, especially Monica, were great hosts. The Guesthouse is centrally located to just about everything Dublin has to offer. Our room (#10) was clean and quiet, my wife and I were able to grab some cereal and fruit on the mornings we left before breakfast was served, and the coffee was absolutely superb. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Dublin.

Parkway Guesthouse is conveniently located in Dublin. Very clean , comfortable beds, and the best shower we had in Ireland. But what makes Parkway special is Seamus Heffernan (the owner). Seamus took such great care of us; hospitality, kindness, parking, prepared us a wonderful breakfast--30-minutes earlier than they normally serve--to accommodate our early travel schedule ... and he even helped us retrieve a lost bag (by going to the airport, claiming the bag, and shipping it to us) after we were back in the states. Amazing. Seamus is a first class gentleman. It is people like him that continue to give me faith in mankind. You are in good hands at Parkway Guesthouse. Thanks Seamus!
