Our apartment was perfect for our stay- great location, clean and nicely decorated. We were also able to leave our bags in reception as we arrived in Dublin before check in time which was really useful!

Only downside was noise both inside and outside - apartment itself is very spacious and great to have two bathrooms! This was my second visit here and would certainly stay again - Kevin and his staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here for one night and were very happy with everything. The location was perfect, the apartment had everything we needed and the staff were friendly. We were greeted on arrival and they even held our bags after check out so we could spend a few hours in the city without needing to mind them.

Small but sufficient apartment with one double bed, a sofa bed and a small couch. Basic all in one soap provided in shower and sink area, towels provided (extra on request) and hairdryer in the apartment. Good kitchen area for self catering. Excellent location, friendly staff. Can take a while for staff to open door on arrival as the office...

Apart from my earlier review of this overpriced and underwhelming apartment, upon arrival there was no one to meet and greet. When I phoned the contact no. I was questioned why hadn't I arrived earlier? Pardon me? It was about 7pm and I had just completed a 5-Day Irish tour. There ate roadworks all along the street and when I...

Manager kevin was soooo rude, apartment was filthy and stank. He changed our room without letting us know, terrible terrible experience, we demanded our money back and went to a very popular hotel up the road, it was €100 cheaper too and was 100% nicer! I recommend the mercantile

Central location in Dublin makes this a great place to stay. Kevin offers a friendly welcome. The apartment is well equipped and quiet enough except for the creaking floorboards! Only negative: no working light in the bedroom.

Greal location, very central, well equipped appartment, good wifi and comfy beds. Only slight grumble is the creaky floorboards in the building, which can keep you awake when other residents come in late at night!

Great location - walking distance to everything! Kevin and Alicia were very nice and accommodating. The apartment was as pictured - very clean and comfortable. It was nice to find a place that was comfortable for our large group.

Having just spent the weekend at Dublin 1 apartments I can totally vouch for it being a great place to stay. Brilliant location, 5 minutes walk away from Temple Bar and 30 seconds from shops, transport links and food outlets. Definitely great value for money and would stay again when I return to Dublin.
