Very welcoming staff and throughout the hotel very friendly. Room on 5th floor was quiet and very comfortable, even though we were told there was some construction work nearby, it was absolutely no problem at all. Breakfast menu was extensive and excellent buffet. The position was within easy walking distance to the Aviva stadium, bars and restaurants.

Very good hotel, it has everything you might need. Its location is very convenient since there are a lot of busses that stop in front of the hotel (including the 700 service that comes and goes from/to the airport). Breakfast was really good and complete although a bit expensive. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it has...

My wife and I stayed on New years eve 2016 and had a fantastic time. So I decided to book again for her birthday in April 2017 and booked 2 nights. We were allocated room 758 on arrival and proceeded to our room. The room was clean except for a dirty toilet!! Little did we know that this was only...

Very pleasant staff, nice and quiet rooms, very good breakfast. 10 min by walk from St Stephens Green, 25 from temple bar, direct bus from/to city center and airport (stops in front of the hotel). To recommend ;-)

Shocked how bad the staff handled a noise complaint!!! After 3 lorries were loaded between 1am-4am I called to say the noises was ridiculous (which is was) we had no sleep all night! Nothing was done about it just said sorry!!! Shocked on how bad a big hotel handles a bad situation! Already looking for another hotel for our second...

I am staying here for the first time and my office is around the corner making this an easy choose. The rooms are a bit dated but so is most of Dublin. The breakfast is a full set of what you expect from a large hotel and long bar is always bustling with ppl. I really like the vibe here...

The hotel is in a very convenient location only 10 minutes walk from Grafton Street with ample parking ..I cannot find enough good things to say about our stay..from the moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome by the Receptionist Yulia who kindly facilitated our check in even though it was several hours before official check in time...The...

I will preface this review with the fact that my husband and I normally walk everywhere so this hotel's location was great for us. This hotel was a short walk to St. Stephen's Green (10 minutes) and Grafton Street (15 minutes). There were plenty of small shops/groceries within a few minutes walk (a bakery/deli and Starbucks 6 minutes away) and...

Stayed here for 2 nights having stayed in the old Burlington years ago. The decor and facilities are very good and the service was first class. The room was spacious with a good bathroom. Very clean and well serviced. Breakfast is pretty basic with little imagination the usual fried foods which in a buffet tend to either dry out or...

My third visit to this hotel which is now called the Clayton Hotel. I have to say this hotel has been of a very high standard but this visit has been disappointing. I have written a great review previously and I meant every word of it. Our room had a very noisy air handling unit outside it this time. In...
