Be sure to take the tour...lead by one of the students attending Trinity College. My husband and I were captivated by what we learned about the campus, school life, and enjoyed seeing the different buildings. Of course, be sure to take the time to see the Book of Kells. The Campus bookstore had an excellent selection of merchandise officially from... More

We stayed in the Goldsmiths halls. These are small apartments with shared bathroom facilities, although there is a sink in the bedroom. Toiletries and towels are provided as well as a disposable bath mat. There is also a communal kitchen for the traveller on a small budget. On reflection, we should have organised ourselves and bought food for breakfast, but... More

This is a beautiful campus, the architecture is amazing. There were tours and classes going on while we were taking a walk, such history. As we were walking we saw a tour and it was in German and the guide had paper masks for the tourists and he would recite a line from a book or play and the tourists... More

Dublin is relatively small and it is almost impossible to miss Trinity College, a great and beautiful college institution, in "downtown" Dublin. This is an old university, and simply walking around the campus will allow you to witness historic beauty and significance. Many famous Irish writers attended Trinity College and their fondness for this Irish landmark has made it a... More

unbelievable place to visit. The history, the tour, the storytelling ability of my guide...a must see for visitors in Dublin. The architecture, the long room, the art...just breathe :) worth the expense. Skip the giftshop as you can find all the items elsewhere for cheaper.

I did not stay here. I toured the campus today and learned a lot of interesting facts. The library visit at the end is excellent with the ability to see the Book of Kells as well as some other interesting pieces. The library is very interesting in how they have a books arranged and looks like something out of Harry... More

Very easy to navigate. A must see in the heart of Dublin city. Suitable for young children as there are areas to run around. The library and book of kells are also a must see they are based in the centre of the campus

Interesting tour of the campus, given by a former student who was very amusing, had all kids of anecdotes which made the tour fun as well as informative. Probably best to avoid registration week, the volume of tourists (i.e. parents of students) increases dramatically.

Unless you are on a trip to memory lane and will love sleeping in students accomodations as when you were a student yourself, you won t like the place. Rooms are spartan, bathrooms so tiny there is hardly room to move , bathtowels the size of a guest towel, a common kitchen at the end of the corridor and heavy... More

We visited Dublin, Ireland in October, 2016 and took a tour of this beautiful campus. It was led by one of its students (who was going to graduate in the near future). The tour was informative and the campus was lovely. Definitely recommend spending the admission price. After the tour, we wanted to see the "Long Room and the Book... More
