On the surface a nice place with friendly staff in a good location. I was booked into a room that was only a week old. The room was clean and decorated well. Unfortunately that's where the positives finish.

For the premium price of £235 for a double we where expecting a lot better. The rooms where 4 floors up which was 78 stairs to climb (short route) with luggage. The room was very basic and not very clean. Bath had long black hairs...More
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only slight negative was the noise from the tram passing by every few minutes, but the location made it worth that small annoyance. We enjoyed the breakfast, too!
