Great location but the staff was really rude especially Gary the manager who talk to me in a really bad way because I was asking to change my room because of cold water in the shower. And the receptionnist Danielle was totally indiferent to my complaint.... For the price I paid, it's a shame....

I have thought about this review for a long time. Stayed here in December for my wedding anniversary. It was my second visit to dublin with my husband. The reception area was very grand looking when we arrived however we were disappointed when we were shown to our room, it was extremely grubby with dirty marks on all of the...

Stayed here with a student group last week. I found the hotel to be very cosy and comfortable. All the staff were really helpful and friendly especially Maria, Danielle and Amy on reception, and Bernie who does the breakfasts is fab! She got all the students fed and watered, and ready for the day. Would recommend for groups.

We were dissapointed with this hotel. It does not have the historic feel or quality that the pictures lead you to believe. The staff were not rude but not friendly or welcoming (with the exception of the bar and breakfast staff, who were fantastic!). The hotel is not updated, everything was extremely dated (and not in the nice historic way),...

I'm here now. It's 11pm. I've changed rooms twice. The first room had a hair dryer with a burnt out wire and no plugs anywhere, and the 2nd had no lights apart from one small bedside lamp. The final room has a radiator with no temperature control which is stuck on the hottest setting and hissing noisily at me as...

Over all this was a great deal for New Years weekend in Dublin. It was a close enough walk to everything and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Danielle at the front desk was very helpful.
