Reserved this hotel via Orbitz and got what I expected with no surprises. We arrived very late (pass midnight) and the staff was there to help us get settled. Check-in was very easy. Showers make or break a hotel for me, it was roomy, the water temperature and pressure were adjustable. So it was comfortable after a day of traveling...

I was absolutely disgusted with this hotel. Their customer services was diabolical! I found out they never had a car park, and I had already paid my deposit. I refused to stay that night and went elsewhere! Each time I try and speak to the manager all I get is "The manager will call me when they get in!" I...

Good location for Heuston station travelers. The staff was confused at first and not able to find my reservation, perhaps it was a new trainee, I am not sure. When the more senior staff member came to look they seemed to find it without any issues. They also offered to hold my luggage until check in time and were able...

Cheap & Cheerful. No car parking in a tough area of Dublin. Nobody in reception . No bartender. Faulty Towers is quite a good description. Dident have my booking on their system. Had it on for the previous night. Staff OK. Would'nt stay there again

This place, where do I start!! I rang to make the reservation only to be told the reception desk doesn't take reservations, the hotel doesn't take direct bookings, you've to go through booking.com!! Anyway, we arrived to the hotel but we knew we were early so asked if we could leave out luggage in the holding area as we were...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Phoenix Park Hotel. It was modern and fresh down in the bar/restaurant. My room was immaculate. The staff were absolutely fantastic! They couldn't do enough for us whether that be drawing out for us on a map where everything was, keeping the bar open very late so we could have a quiet drink...

The hotel is ideally located just 5 minutes walk from luas stop or 15 minute stroll to city centre. The phoenix park is just across the road which is a lovely place to loose yourself for a couple of hours or visit the zoo. The hotel is nice and we'll maintained with generous room sizes. The flaws would be that...

Check in was good. Efficient. Room was small. Cracks on wall. Vent covered in dust. FURNITURE old. Room not fully dusted. Had to change rooms after an hour as lights were not working. Second room...vent thick with dust. Cracks etc on walls. Curtain missing from one window. Smell in room and bathroom. Water not very hot for shower. Cups had...

I stayed at the Phoenix Park Hotel for one night. It was okay for this short stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location next to Phoenix Park is nice, yet it is pretty far from the city centre. However, as it is close to Heuston Station, there are many possibilities to get quickly to the centre. The...
