A gorgeous elegant hotel that we adored staying here for 2 nights. It has old world charm and transports you to a time once before. The staff are lovely especially Paddy and Mary when I first arrived The furnishings are high end, the beds are so comfortable with goose duck down quilts. Food prices are very reasonable we had both...

We actually stayed here twice. When we first arrived in Dublin for two nights and then again on our last in Ireland. The location cannot be beat. It is walking distance to mostly everything, Grafton St. Trinity College, The Archaeological Museum is literally right next door, St. Stephen's Green, Temple Bar and the River Cliffey. The restaurant bar area is...

Dear Bluestdoggy, Thank you for your lovely review following both of your recent stays with us. I am delighted you experienced our great breakfasts and how helpful and friendly our staff were. Spent 2 nights at Buswell, even though they were under renovation, they were most accommodating. Could walk everywhere, fine restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions. Nice morning Irish full breakfast, tea and coffee in the rooms. I would recommend it highly!

Second time staying here, and for me, it's simply perfect. Centrally located, clean, safe, cozy, and kind. Honestly, you can't ask for anything more in a hotel. Pretty good breakfast AND you can get a pint of the good stuff with breakfast. Would never think of staying anywhere else in Dublin. Great value and great all around.

Location of hotel is superb, staff are excellent, public areas are good. However the reason you book a hotel is for the room and this was a major issue. In 20 years of solo travel booking single rooms ive never had a smaller bed..it wasnt just the width the main issue was the length! Im barely 6ft and my feet...

We stayed for 3 nights on a city break and we're really pleased we chose this Hotel. We were warmly greeted and although our room wasn't ready as we arrived early they were happy to take our bags and even offered a complimentary coffee. On taking over the room we were amazed at the size of the bed it was...

Dee the receptionist who I dealt with before our stay, was most pleasant, cooperative and friendly. On arrival Mary (I think) the receptionist apologised for our room not being ready but pointed us in the direction of the lounge bar where she invited us to have a complimentary drink!! She also remembered that it was my husband's birthday and wished...

This was the second time I had stayed at Buswells. On the first occasion I had a couple of issues and my review on trip advisor reflected these. However every venue deserves a second chance so finding myself in Dublin again at the end of January I decided to take up the managers challenge and put Buswells to the test...

Stayed for two days. It's been recently renovated and is full of character. Our room was big and super clean. Great mattresses. Good TV with plenty of stations. Very friendly reception and a quiet nights sleep. We'll be back as the location is superb, near Grafton St and Stephen's Green.

I froze to death in this hotel which had no heat in the rooms, and the staff and service was just as cold. They say they only turn the heat off from 10PM to 5AM but I never felt it and froze at night. I had to wear long underwear, thick sweater and wool sock booties I bought in Nepal!...
