Fantastic!!!!! Excellent welcome, pleasant staff throughout. Comfortable bed, lovely clean towels daily, spacious room. Excellent breakfast....dinner wasn't too bad either!!!! Management should be very proud of the staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Dublin

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, professional staff during check-in&out, long way from reception to the room, since we were in "executive" wing. Good choice for breakfast, polite staff. The room was comfort with clean linens and towels.

outstanding hotel. one of the best I've ever stayed in. I will definitely be coming back here. The staff were very friendly. Perfect room size. Cosy and comfortable. Great price and its right on o connnell street.

Had a great time in Dublin.Cassidys hotel very central.Staff all fantastic and helpful.Reception can't do enough to help you.Rooms could do with a touch of TLC but will definitely be back.Thanks for everything. Lois wightman

Stayed in this wonderful hotel with my 6 year old grandson and the staff were were fantastic,They looked after us really well ,the man on reception gave him colouring pages and pencils,the bar staff gave him free cordial drink and i could not praise all of them enough. Visited Cassidys for 3 nights over the weekend . We had a late flight , Check in however was seamless by the courteous and polite staff , a city map was offered and the reasonably priced and comfortable bar was used by ourselves . Enjoyed time here again.Got in early and luggage was left at hotel until check in for no additional charge.Good non-smoking room and hotel bar prices acceptable.Being in a central spot the hotel is handy for just about everything e.g.transport links.Went to Galway on this visit which is a long journey but well worth it.Will certainly be back in the future... Enjoyed 2 nights. Middle of OConnell street,Untill you get there you dont realise what a great location ,2 blocks away main shopping st,4 block from river liffey then turn left in to temple bar area.Happy friendly staff,Good comfortable beds.Self service full english breakfast that can fill you up for day.All areas clean.Bus from airport 10 euros return drop you off... Great sized rooms, clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff. Great selection for breakfast, will go back. Highly recommended. Asked for directions to the tram station and the receptionist got us on the right path.

Would have gave this hotel a better score due to its location & staff but the room let it down its only plus point it was clean but it had seen better days very small not like its photo on its website the shower was old and the seal was black with mould towels where well used and a bit... More
