Booked to stay here directly through the hotel website on Thursday 18th March staying on Sunday 21st March. Realised on Friday the 19th March when reviewing my emails I had booked the room for one adult instead of two. I rang the hotel reservations twice with no response so sent the hotel an email explain my mistake and asked for...

Hotel is in a great place situated right in the middle of Temple Bar. Staff friendly and free drink when we arrived. Room was good, I would say not the cleanest but did the job. Yes it's a little noisy as your right in the middle but only from the street cleaner at 3.30am. We were on the second floor....

A large group of us came to stay in the hotel for a couple of nights, but we were left disappointed considering it was €150 per night for a very basic double. Staff were helpful, however on arrival we were told that there may be noise - expected in busy Temple Bar - but this was off the chain on...

Great location but you have to pay a premium price for that. We stayed from Friday the 10th of March till Monday the 13th. For 3 people, the whole stay cost £540 which included a complementary drinks voucher for each of us. The rooms are clean, spacious and are equipped with tea and coffee facilities. If your there for the...

We tried to book a room here for two nights in April, and we tried to book at the beginning of March. My girlfriend reserved the rooms, and then that evening received an email stating that her card had been charged as we had not shown up for the reservation. Obviously confused, she emailed them several times over the course...

Before arriving at the hotel 4 days previous I e-mailed a request for an upgraded room, the request was ignored, on arrival all seemed well, room was very basic but clean, the window in the room only had a curtain and the street outside was only 20 feet wide so you had to keep them closed as people would be...

Stay here between the 1.3.17 and 3.3.17. I found the hotel very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We received a free drink on arrival from the attached pub. Location is brilliant right in the heart of Dublin. Would stay again!
