I stayed here when visiting Dublin on my own. It is a bit out of the city center, although there is a tram stop less than a minute away and it is a short ride into town center. The Guinness Factory is in walking distance and, in fact, you can see it from the hotel. The lobby is very pretty...

Arriving really early on a Monday morning was no problem for Sinead on reception. She realised that we had just flown in, courtesy of Ryan Air, and was obviously used to such an occurrence. We didn't expect to be given rooms at that time but just wanted to leave out bags, however, we were delighted to be given key cards...

Just got back from a weekend away with the girls & felt that I had to post a review. The hotel & rooms at The Ashling are great but the people that work there make everything fabulous. This hotels staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is located on several transit lines and for those who wish to walk, close enough to do so. The room was clean and comfortable and for those who wish quiet in a downtown location, this location provides a refuge in the city.

Travelled to Dublin for two nights for a special birthday trip. Ashling Hotel has easy access to red tram line, Museum stop is 1 minute walk from hotel which is then only 4 stops to the city centre. Rooms were lovely, really comfortable beds. Would highly recommend for central location for a short trip.
