We spent 3 nights at the Academy Plaza prior to our driving tri through Ireland. The rooms were great, the front desk staff was always friendly and helpful and the location was great for getting around. We want to mention that Owen (Manger on duty) was great in giving us advice for our driving trip, his tips were invaluable.

I stayed at the hotel four nights. The rooms were nice, the staff were friendly, the hotel was convenient, and the breakfast was good. If you have ordered breakfast, you can get breakfast to go or have a continental breakfast. It is very accessible to major Bus routes and the surrounding area.

Perfect location for shopping, concerts etc. Just off O'Connell Street. Walking distance to all amenities, ie. Luas. Fabulous hotel, lovely friendly staff, can't recommend highly enough. Room very clean.

Stayed here with 3 friends on a girls birthday trip. We had two twin rooms. The rooms were small (beds very small) but very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom. The hotel is very well located, we were able to walk to most of the sights plus restaurants and pubs in the evening. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel is located 1 block off of O'Connell street, the main north to south street in downtown Dublin. It is a fabulous location that allows you to explore downtown Dublin by foot. It is near a bus stop and is a short taxi ride from the airport. My husband and I arrived very early and the staff was able...

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for two nights. Whilst the staff were helpful and rooms were clean they were very dated. Our view out the window was unfortunately horrible, looking out onto rooftops with rubbish and old bike tyres on them. The room was dark and dingy. Hotel has a lovely reception but we did not think...

Front desk staff got us a room to check in early to so we can take a quick cat nap before exploring. VERY comfortable clean room with great breakfast in the am. we walked...

Nice clean hotel, close to everything. The breakfast was great, and customer service excellent. Also if you hang a right out of the door youll see where the cabs line up. Also the on and off again busses stop right there. Super convenient.
