Friendly staff and a clean room. That's about the best of it. None of the bedroom doors have soft closers on them and consequently you have doors being slammed shut late in to the night. The room facilities considering the price of this hotel were poor. A very small TV with only a few TV channels. No safe or even...

This hotel has a great location. Keep in mind that there are no elevators when making your reservation. We had to carry our luggage up stairs, down stairs and up another set of stairs to get to our room (multiple halls and stairs). This wasn't a problem for us but might be for others. The dining room is downstairs and...

This guesthouse is in a great location in the city centre. It was reasonably priced, however the room at the front of the building was noisy and needed updating and some finishing touches. The staff at breakfast were quite abrupt and didn't seem very organised. The breakfast itself was good. They do have a great service where they will park...

This hotel is in a great location overlooking a lovely park which you cross to reach the bottom of Grafton Street. The (single) room was a reasonable size with most facilities. However the addition of a case stand, and a soap tray in the shower would have improved it. It was on the top floor so quiet at night but...

Stayed here for a long weekend and was very impressed. The hotel's location was ideal - along a nice road away from the city centre but only 5 -10 mins walk through St Stephens Green (a lovely park) to Grafton St. Our room was a good size and generally very quiet although the walls are very thin as others have...

This hotel is in easy walking distance of central Dublin in a lovely location on the green. It is a lovely period property but we were on the third floor and there was no lift so it would be a struggle for some people. The cooked breakfast was very good but there were not a lot of other choices. Overall...

We visited Ireland in February 2014. We had a day layover on our way to Germany. The woman working the reception desk was kind, understanding and generous. She switched our room so we could check in immediately to rest. We were so impressed by the genuine kindness shown from the moment we got off the plane. We would definitely stay...

The room was a great size, breakfast was very good. The condition of the hotel was great. No air conditioning but was not a problem as it was not too hot, slept with the window open. There are no stairs so try and get room on bottom floor if you don't want to carry luggage the stairs. Would go to...

Dear Guest We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time with us and thank you for taking the time to write this review. It is not too often that you would have a need for AC in rooms in Dublin but long may the warm weather continue! Sincerely Bryan

My young son and I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. On the first night, my son was quite ill and well, the results were not pretty. Elge and Thiago were fantastic. Elge quickly and professionally made up the bed, and Thiago brought us new linens and towels many times throughout the night. My son was prescribed a course...

Stauntons on the Green is being renovated; however, the price does not justify how much renovation is being done, has been done, nor the condition of the hotel. Hotel walls are thin, cleanliness is below standard, and breakfast leaves much to be desired. They are leaning on location for cost. Could tell that the television rooms had\ve not been vacuumed...

Dear Teris We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed. The smoking concern from people in the garden has not arisen as an issue before and we will endeavour to ensure that it does not again. We are renovating the property but we are minimising the impact on guests and eager to update and improve the product all...
