Overall our stay at the Waterloo House was pleasant. It is not in center city but is in a nice, quiet location with restaurants close by (highly recommend Searson's) and only about a 15 minute walk to St. Stephen’s Green. The room was cozy, the...More
We were only staying for one night, the room was pleasant enough. However despite advertising the price with breakfast in the room, they charged extra for us to have breakfast. The TV had no signal and did not work.

I wonder if people are confusing two separate buses. It's the first time I've come across several different services. Aircoach (which runs along the road at the bottom of Waterloo Road) goes a lot closer than the other airport buses, one of which was meant to drop me at this Doubletree hotel in March but which didn't turn up and left me stranded. I think tourist info should make it clearer, as could the hotel website, that 'Aircoach' is different from the other airport buses.
