The room was a reasonable size with a comfortable bed and refurbished and spotless bathroom. It was well cleaned every day and the complimentary tea/coffee etc. replenished. However, there were only three coat hangers in the double room and not a single draw, so there was nowhere for the two of us to put our clothes for a five night...

The guidebook described it as "quirky" and I readily agree. Check in is at a different hotel, parking is at a third location, and breakfast is at a fourth. The rooms are simple, but comfortable and complete. Moreover, the guesthouse is conveniently located in the thick of things. We loved it.

The room was beautiful to look at but they put their money into all the wrong things. We had a room that overlooked a busy outdoor bar, leading to extreme street noise at night. There was only one pane of glass in the very big windows and absolutely no soundproofing. As we lay there it sounded like we were in...

Thanks for taking the time to review Grafton Guesthouse. I am truly sorry to see that the noise affected your stay with us. Grafton Guesthouse is located in the heart of Dublin city centre and does take in the excitement and buzz of Dublin’s nightlife indeed, especially at the weekend. I also wish to apologise for the pluming issue that...

Stay away from this place. Our room overlooked the Hogan Bar and there was very, very loud bar and street noise ALL night long. We couldn't believe that this continued unabated until about 5:00 am. The room had been nicely remodeled, but the windows remained very old single pained class that provided zero sound insulation. Even with earplugs and pillows...

Thank you very much for your feedback. I wish to apologise for the pluming issue that we have had in our guesthouse earlier on during the week. This problem got solved rather promptly but affected your stay with us nonetheless. The area of Dublin we are located in gets quite busy at the weekend especially, with a lot of people...

The Grafton Guesthouse is a good option for staying in central Dublin. Our room was small but clean with a modern and simplistic décor.  We had all the basic necessities in our room. The large windows gave the room a bigger feel and lots of natural light. We were within a walking distance to many good restaurants, cafes, and shops....

Such a lovely building. It's being refurbished but the rooms are lovely! They kept the old building in with the new designs. Lovely spacious rooms. Cleaned everyday. Complimentary tea coffee and water. Soaps shampoo and conditioner. Short walk to everywhere. Will recommend and definitely stay here again.

Only booked this place for 1 night in Dublin after spending two night on the other side of the river My room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was huge compared to the size of the room. The Location is what sells this place. Walking distance to all the sights and great local restaurants /pubs. Delicious complimentary breakfast served at the...

My boyfriend and I stayed one night. The room was small but new, very confortable and with a thoughtful use of the space. We had shelves everywhere. The breakfast was good and it was very clean. The location was excelent!

This is a very new, slightly hipster guesthouse in the heart of Dublin. Internet was great. Reading lights poor. Our room was quiet although the earplugs left out were intimidating at first. No chair for the desk. DO NOT BRING A CAR. Besides being extremely difficult to find when driving (one way streets/construction), the parking arrangement at a nearby garage...

Great place, loved the room. Our room looked over the back of the property and as such had lots of sun streaming in on one of our mornings here. The place is centrally located, close to Dame St, where you can access the site seeing buses, Temple Bar and also Grafton St. Continental breakfast is included in the tariff. Would...
