Pros: Found the hotel staff to be extremely helpful and efficient. Nice, comfortable seating in foyer and lounge. Food in bar standard fare, tasty and presented well. Slept like a log in comfy bed. Rooms not bad and clean. Cons: wifi poor, so poor that I reverted to my 4g data. Needs some lighting in car park which was very...

Amazing service on booking in with Stephen who works at the front desk - super helpful and pleasant, even when dealing with follow up queries. However found trying to have a drink in the lobby after the bar closed is quite the task!.

A three star would be more accurate for this hotel. Service is good but rooms are small and very basic. Peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, patchy wi-Fi. Food was mediocre. Nothing like it's heyday as Jury's Ballsbridge. Central location

We are here for 10 day, hardly connected to Wi Fi, we have to set back to the door to connect to Wi Fi. Now we are thinking to get our own intenet mobile plan. The rooms have connected doors inbetween, which give noise from the next door nairghber.

I visited with my husband recently and wasn't sure what to expect due to the mixed reviews, However on arrival I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is situated on a busy road but is well placed for catching the bus into town and the aircoach stops outside. The walk into town takes about 20 minutes. The only negative is the...

Stayed here from the 15th to the 19th of August 2016. I was on business and stay in hotels in Dublin regularly. Car parking was 50 euro for the 4 days. Absolutely ridiculous. After paying 500 euro to stay and to be charged an extra 50 euro for car parking. Not happy and will not be staying again. I have...

We booked this hotel as it is close enough to the Aviva stadium (I was taking my two young sons there for a match) and because of the price and prestigious location. I expected not to be disappointed. How wrong was i. Firstly the entrance to the small, pokey car park is not well signposted. Drove past the first time...

Booked for a couple of nights, good location, serious lack of sleep due to the noise from the doors banging and to top it off our room got a wake up call at 5 in the morning!! When I said to reception the next morning she said sorry it won't happen tomorrow, I'd like to think not, surely the point...

We stayed here on a recent trip to Dublin. We found the hotel very clean and the bedrooms spacious and comfortable. All the staff are very helpful. The only down side was the bar area has had some decoration work done and there was paint splashes on some of the sofas. It's a bit of a walk into the city...
