Booked last minute.Hotel lovely and reception staff we spoke to were very pleasant and helpful but we were very disappointed by the building work right outside our bedroom window which started at 7am which was our view as well! If this had been pointed out at booking we would have probably stayed elsewhere.Good points are excellent bus service right outside.

Expensive for what you get. Hotel rooms are very dated. Beds are uncomfortable. 12 euro for overnight parking. Average breakfast, which was an additional 12 euro. Good shower. Constant problem with key cards.

Me and my sister stayed here at Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and big and the bar downstairs was nice :) nice area and regular taxis outside

Seriously if you're even thinking about staying here then do yourself a favour and forget it. Absolutely terrible and way over priced. It's dated, badly run and overall a bad experience. I called room service to ask for water and was told it would be at least 40 mins and I would be quicker to go to the bar and...

Just a quick overnighter for work but this was terrible start to finish. Rude staff at check in, there seemed to be no organised queue and after 15mins of waiting was told room not ready, it was after 3pm as well. 30min later room ready. Beautiful view of the biggest building site in dublin. You wouldnt mind that only the...

Traditional quality hotel, if expensive. Everything on site. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Could do with some modernisation but have heard it is to be demolished to make way for apartments so that could explain why not. Did n't like that our room was right next to the building site next door, which was very noisy with a pile driver...

We had a room booked for 3 people & were supposed to have 3 beds, as all the other hotels we stayed in while in Ireland had when booked as a triple room. When we got to the room, there were only 2 beds-a double & a single. The woman at the front desk was very rude & refused to...

Great & very convenient location, pleasant staff (Julia in reception). Hotel could do with update however very clean and bed comfortable. The biggest issue was extremely warm room (no air con) and horrible taste of coffee for breakfast. There is a huge potential but a bit of investment needed.

Everything about the hotel, including the staff was great!!! Comfy bed, nice bathroom, but the service at the restaurant was terrible. Luckily there are other pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed in this hotel based on reviews we read. Dublin really is a walking city and the location of this hotel was perfect. Bus to and from the airport stopped right in front. It was walking distance to the city center, but public transport was also right in front if you didn't want to walk. The hotel itself was...
