A nice sized double room with TV. Hotel was busy because of international weekend and St Patrick's day celebrations. Decor could do with updating but happy with the service provided. Plenty of selection for breakfast, the Irish breakfast was spot on!

Booked an executive room which was not cheap..... And was place by an extremely nosey lift all night! Needless to say.... No sleep. And the curtains never shut fully! So a light nosey room all in all! Service at breakfast was very good and really tasty food

I arrived there for St Patrick's day and the Rugby Match and stayed there for 5 nights. The hotel is very Irish (white family run as against a chain like the Hilton or Hyatt etc),lacks vibrancy that a hotel that big should have and the service really needs improvement be it at the front office, restaurant, bar, or room service. No one... More

May be my naivety, but unless you are a fan of Rugby..... Which I am most definitely not, In my opinion, it is the 2nd worst sport next to Cricket. We had booked this hotel when Ireland were playing Scotland. To say the hotel was rowdy and completely taken over with fans of the sport is an understatement. On booking,... More

Good location in nice part of Dublin, easy to get to from J9 on the M50. There was a rugby match which meant a long wait for taxi - something to bear in mind if you are on a schedule. Was on ground floor, so a bit of noise from passing guests. Room was ok if a bit small. They... More

We arrived in the early evening and managed to get the last parking spot available. The reception area was pleasant and the girl who checked us in was very helpful. She upgraded us to a delux room and offered to book a taxi for us for later that evening. The room itself was spacious with a big bed and the... More

Hotel room wasn't great, bed was very small, tv didn't work and there was mould round the bath. We were woken at 5.00am by the sound of ,what I can only assume, the heating coming on, it kept us awake until 8.00am when it went off. I rang down to reception at 6.00am only to be told there was nothing... More

Here for two days in a spacious room with comfortable bed and chairs. Generally clean and well set out. Staff were polite and helpful. Had and nice selection available for breakfast and was very satisfied with the standard of service. The convenient location made it an ideal Dublin base for us.

When I arrived to the hotel at the beginning of March around 9 pm the room was very cold (the window was open, probably since cleaning in the morning) and there was no heating. The price hiked up very high during Websummit yet the room did not come with breakfast. Had to pay extra 10euro for the breakfast.
