Expensive for what you get. Hotel rooms are very dated. Beds are uncomfortable.

Constant problem with key cards.
Me and my sister stayed here at Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and big and the bar downstairs was nice :) nice area and regular taxis outside

Just a quick overnighter for work but this was terrible start to finish. Rude staff at check in, there seemed to be no organised queue and after 15mins of waiting was told room not ready, it was after 3pm as well. 30min later room ready....More
Traditional quality hotel, if expensive. Everything on site. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Could do with some modernisation but have heard it is to be demolished to make way for apartments so that could explain why not.
