Overall we were happy with our 2 night stay here. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable and our room was a decent size. We ate in the hotel bar on the first evening which had a good atmosphere and the food was lovely....More

Hotel located in the neighborood of Dublin. Very easy to access city center with tramway near the hotel. Tramway is just 5 minutes from the hotel by walking distance.
Room and bathroom very clean and bed very comfortable.
Good hotel for a good price.
We are just back from a VERY overpriced night in this hotel. The location is not central, and the "spa/leisure centre" is not connected to the hotel. The rooms are small and dated, and they will try and charge you twice for everything. Our view...More
Our stay was short but good. The hotel itself is a bit old but very well taken care of, the rooms are great, big and actually modern. Nothing spectacular but it does the job in a very nice way. It's well located, being at a...More

Breakfast can be included by adding a fixed price to your double room charge. If you want a full (large) breakfast every day the price is lower than you can purchase separately. We paid the extra to have breakfast included. In retrospect, I would by breakfast separately, since some days we did not want a heavy breakfast. Note: Coffee is not included with the hotel rate, either. I do not know about you, but we need our coffee first thing. I was able to convince dining staff to allow me to come and get a cup of coffee from the restaurant without charging me, since we were entitled to coffee with our breakfast. One of the staff members objected and told me that I would have to pay extra for coffee separate from my meal. However, with a little persuasion she relented. I hope that answers your question. If not, I am happy to clarify.
