Great staff,,, everything we needed in the apartment, tea and coffee provided, helpful and upgraded us for no reason other than we got there early. Centrally located in the Christchurch area just off James street and a five minute walk to temple bar area

Was impressed by the price of this accommodation at £80 a night for a 2 double bedroom apartment. Large living room with dining table and French doors onto balcony. Kitchen and bedrooms pretty clean but lacked attention to detail with cleaning such as skirting boards, bottom of wardrobe and living room coffee table very dusty. Has the potential to be...

Good location, big apartment, very clean and good facilities. The over bath shower was old and with not enough power. The head attachment was not sdjystabke and facing down to the taps,I had to stand on the plug hole to get under the very weak flow.furniture tired and very worn. Kitchen was very good with everything looking quite new.

A practical place to stay for the combination of location and having a kitchen, two essentials for me. However, it has it is not the most comfortable places if you're into longer stay due to some inconviniences: Water pressure - they have a solution but the experience is still not great Storage - the layout of shelves and drawers is...

This was a fantastic hotel, about midway between the Brazenhead pub and Christchurch itself. We got the one bedroom which much to our surprise had a separate living room/kitchen from the bedroom. The bathroom had a full tub/shower and two of us could squeeze in to get ready. We had a room near the back which was pretty quiet, it...

I stayed here this weekend for a long break. The stay was booked for two couples and there was adequate room in the penthouse apartment. The accommodation is clean and tidy. One bedroom was a lot smaller than the other. The kitchen is well equipped. The furniture is starting to look a bit worse for wear, with a few tears...

Decent apartment in a nice enough area close to all shops etc. Helpful friendly staff who got an issue sorted very quickly the apartment was clean with plenty of clean bedding, towels. Could do with a refresh/update but good for the price

Nice area, plenty of shops around to buy food and restaurants to visit.24/7 reception. Any problems get sorted immediately. Friendly staff, clean rooms with plenty of clean bedding, towels. I couldn't find any faults with our apartment. I would definitely book and stay here again.

While this apartment building is in a very good location, it was in serious need of an update (especially the bathroom - which was third-World-like) and so was a tad depressing to inhabit. The living room would only need some minor cosmetic elements in order to spruce the place up immensely. With the only exception being the kitchen, the apartment...
