We really enjoyed our stay at Botanic View, our hosts were very friendly and went over-and-above their duties to make us feel welcome and to help us out with lifts into town and to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and they were flexible with our changing needs from booking to arrival, setting up an extra single room for our...

Arrived on a very busy weekend in Dublin and got the last room. Compact and clean, cheap and cheerful . Bernie was delightful and a font of information and couldn't do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the home cooked breakfast and would stay here again. Buses to town, easy and straight forward, great local pub and an amazing host...

Felt incredibly welcomed by Bernie, who took the time to go through maps and bus routes with me when I arrived. The room was cozy, shower was big and had great pressure, and the bed was comfy. A little out of the city centre (about a 40min walk to the temple bar district) but regular buses and in a quiet...

We have rather mixed feelings about Botanic View. The room was in the top of the building, so had a velux window (no view), not a problem for us, and in fact as it was so hot was great for cooling the room. The bathroom was tiny, and with the door closed it was impossible to dry yourself or bend...

Bernie met us with a smile and gave us the most amazing advice regarding car rental, where to go, great restaurants, what sites to see, and even drove us around Dublin! I would definitely stay at Botanic View B & B again the next time I'm in Dublin. I can't say enough about Bernie's hospitality. I felt like I was...

After booking separately and then arriving in bits and pieces this was an outstanding gathering point for us all after travelling from Australia. Berries and PJ were magnificent hosts, we got outstanding serviced value for money. We will all recommend this to our Australian friends travelling to Ireland. A brilliant place with fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for...

I stayed at Botanic View last weekend and it was a great experience! I got a warm welcome from PJ who offered me tea and biscuits and chatted with me about the city. I met Bernie the next morning and she remembered that I was a vegetarian and set up a table for me before I even got down. Bernie...

I have stayed at the Botanic View B&B and I really liked it. I would stay there again!!! The rooms are nice and clean. Bernadette helped us a lot e.g. with our online check in for our flight back to Germany. She organized a cheap taxi to get back to the airport and she informed us about pubs and restaurants...

I am writting this review on behalf of my parents who recently stayed here for 2 weeks or so. They totally enjoyed staying here, they always felt that at-home feeling. My mom enjoyed cooking in the kitchen area a lot, and relaxing in the common area talking to other friendly guests from all around the world. Location was perfect as...

I have stayed at the Botanic View three times and I love Bernie' s friendliness and helpful attitude. The service and the rooms are wonderful. The self catering price is excellent for me as I eat a minimal breakfast. I have already started thinking of my next visit and have told my family. Hopefully they get to experience this homelike,...
