We stayed in this comfortable B&B for just one night and it was as promoted. The room was very nice - wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the linen and comfortable beds. There are good places to eat nearby and the breakfast was a delight for our first day in Ireland. The scones and tea on arrival were also...

We were very happy with our stay at Azalea Lodge. After a long day driving and carrying on to explore Glendalough we arrived feeling tired to a very warm welcome from Bernadette. She invited us to sit outside in her pretty garden with a lovely cup of tea and fresh scones with delicious home made raspberry jam...yum! Bernadette provided us...

We'er the types of travelers who want a quieter stay, rather than being in the center of all the hustle and bustle. So this place was perfect. What the rooms lack in ornate decor, more than make up for in comfort and absolute cleanliness. The owners, Porrick and Bernadette, as well as support staffer Lisa, couldn't have been more friendly,...

Bernadette and Padriagh have a gem of a B and B in the Azalea Lodge. Avoid the high costs of downtown Dublin properties and stay at this great spot. The B and B is located 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown. It is located right on the main bus line. Purchase a Dublin bus pass and...

I booked this B&B based on reviews on TA for 2 rooms for 4 adults and expected more. The rooms were small and simple with old furniture but clean. Because of the noise of heavy traffic, the front room is not ideal for light sleepers. The bathrooms were tiny and in the twin room the water pressure was low in the...

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The rooms were, clean and comfortable and breakfast was amazing. The location, though outside of the city center, still makes it easy to get to where you need to go. And the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Bernadette provided made to order breakfast that included both tasty and healthy choices including fresh squeezed OJ, fresh fruit and real oatmeal! In addition she offered excellent guidance for tours and using public transport. Even though this B&B is not in the city center the bus stop is right in front of the house, runs frequently and is easy to...

We had 3 total couples staying at the fine B&B for 5 days. The hosts met us at the door with wonderful warm scones and hot coffee..which was needed after long flights from the US. I have never met a more accommodating group of people. The breakfast was amazing and cooked fresh to order...it was enough to last you until...

Family of 4 stayed here in march and really liked it. We were allowed in a bit early by Bernadette who is just a gem of a lady. We had the family room, 3 beds, perfect for our family with 2 teens. The place is clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet given its closer location to the street and bus routes....
