Very basic. Bathroom door didn't close and shower door was broken. Tiny room with no breakfast. Run down and needs maintenance. Only good thing was it was close to the bus stop to get to the city centre. I would definitely not stay here again.

The room was smaller than my closet! Yes it had a shower and toilet but that was it. They had on their page that each room has a sitting area, the truth is only some do. The tv in my room was on top of the 6ft almost 7ft dresser so I had to cock my head back in order...

How can this be advertised as a bed and breakfast? None was served despite there being everything needed in the dining room. This was a big disappointment. The name needs changing as soon as possible as it is misleading. The road outside was noisy.

I stayed in room 1 which is the window above the front door in the hotel's photo. A very comfortable bed but anyone who, unlike me, doesn't sleep in earplugs would find sleep impossible due to the constant traffic along the very busy road outside and the opening/closing of the door below. The room was acceptably clean and adequately serviced...

Stayed one night here and found it to be pleasant and very clean. It is quite a basic B&B but it is located on the main road from the airport into the city with public transport at the front door. Oh called a B&B but there is no breakfast so perhaps it should be a B only!! Access late at...

The room was clean and bed comfortable, however, wifi was turned off on the first night there which was very inconvenient. Walls very thin and we could hear everything going on in the next room. Owner didn't give much orientation to place, we weren't sure of what areas of the house we could use during the stay. No breakfast included...

This is a house type accommodation very far from city centre. Wifi is good, no breakfast. Rooms are good and good shower. I felt very very expensive for this property and location. I could have tried for a cheaper inside city centre itself. So, not that convenient to me. I wont stay again, no point in paying very high for...

AFTER we paid the room at arrival, the owner explained to us that he does not do Breakfast. We were quiet shocked because it wasn't mentioned on the homepage, not on tripavisor nor on the phone. The owner was friendly and the price was okay for dublin, even if you can get cheaper rooms down the road where breakfast is...

If you fly into Dublin and intend to visit the city centre, this is very handily placed. Main bus route to both! The staff are as friendly and helpful as I have met,the rooms fresh, clean and warm. Helpfully priced too. Best sleep I've had outside my own bed in some time also. Overall, impressed by this. I'll be back.

The owner or caretaker of Ashling House although very nice and Amiable, I think an upgrade is in order. He informed my I ordered the bigger room. Now I wish I never did. This second story room faced the main road, it was noisy all night long. That wasn't the only thing that brought on my sleep deprivation, but more...
