Over the last few years, I have stayed with Ann and Sean several times. And each time I have always had nothing but the best experience. The room is always extremely clean and well kept. Breakfast is always fresh and served hot, they have always been very accommodating serving breakfast a little earlier or little later depending on my plans....

The plus side: super friendly hosts and great neighborhood. The down side: the place is a bit rundown. Was fine traveling solo and just needing a place to sleep for a night. But would've been disappointed if I was with my partner and expecting a nice bnb. Again - very nice hosts. But the place is tired and not well...

Very gracious and helpful hosts help to balance the small room. Small for our luggage yet all the necessities required for travel if you aren't planning on being in the room too long. Excellent breakfast in a room that tells stories through family photographs. Close to the bus line for a 25 min ride into Dublin. The helpfulness of these...

Sean and Ann were warm and welcoming, and quite accommodating. We arrived early and they were happy to let us leave our stuff so we could go into town. The room had a large window and was clean. Breakfast was good, and the wifi was fast.

I don't usually write reviews on this but I feel the need to let people know how great this B&B really is. The host Ann and Sean are very friendly and helpful. There local knowledge is excellent. I stayed with my husband and we attended a concert that night. We took the Dart to the O2 which only took us...

Poor selection of fruit, and I think what was there was gone off. No tea making facilities so I ended up having to go out and...

Had to stop in Dun Laoghaire for work and picked Santa Cruz because it was close to Dublin City and close to a beach and the sea ( as I like to swim in the sea whenever I can ) there is also a fantastic port to visit and two piers to walk with lots of restaurants and coffee shops...

Recently stayed 2 nights on holiday. Friendly welcoming couple, with a cup of tea and biscuits on arrival. Breakfast was good, strawberries were a nice touch, however there was a grubby lid on the sugar bowl and the tablecloth was a bit stained. Oh dear, the bedroom! On opening the door, it banged into the dressing the table. The back...

This is literally a Bed and Breakfast and anyone expecting frills and trimmings will be disappointed. That said the owners were exceptionally pleasent and overall there is a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, there was hot water and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard and we were offered more if required. In general all the...
